Measuring is an important part of production and operating activities, bringing a higher quality of products, a better form of control and more effective maintenance.

The MiniProf Wheel is designed for measuring in operational conditions – it is quick and easy to use, durable and temperature stable (made of titanium). The measured values are among the most accurate of  the available measuring instruments. The accuracy of the measuring instruments is practically constant because the measuring is carried out in a contact method.

Measuring the rail transverse profile

The MiniProf Rail, manufactured with the same precision as the other instruments in this group, is designed for measuring rail wear tendencies.

The measuring records the rail cross profile, comparing it with the model profile and evaluating it. The Miniprof Rail is fixed magnetically to the rail head and, by means of a telescopic rod, it leans on the opposite rail.

Measuring the brake disc profile

The MiniProf Brake is a simple mobile device for measuring the brake disc rim's wear by recalculating the disc thickness and wear parameters. The results can help to optimise the maintenance and to meet the safety requirements.

Measuring the points profile

It is important to measure not only the shape but also the relative position of the rails. The MiniProf Switch is the instrument for this type of measuring.
