Liquid lubricants and friction modifiers

Liquid lubricants and friction modifiers are designed for the reduction of noise and wear of railway material in railway curves. Since the causes of noise are few, there are alternative methods of application. The two basic methods include application with a stationary lubricator on the rail and, especially, by spraying the rail and flanges from a nozzle located on the vehicle.

The solution is based on an on-site analysis of the problem and testing. Our proposal is the result of the optimisation of existing systems and installations.

For mobile applications

The systems installed directly on the rail vehicle or maintenance carriage are considered mobile applications of lubricants and friction modifiers. The advantage of a service lubricating vehicle is its flexible use - such a vehicle, equipped with a variable system of spraying, can help to solve an acute noise problem effectively and quickly.

Part of the solution lies in the use of the vehicle's GPS signals.

For stable applications

The application of lubricants by means of stable systems is suitable in places with permanent problems (noise, wear, etc.).

A standard stationary system is composed of hydraulic piping with rail applicators, sensors, a housing which contains a pump, and a container with lubricant filling, as well as a control and communication unit.

Variant ways of feeding allow the system to operate fully independently and separately. Many accessories guarantee high comfort of operation.
